Back in town

Finally went home today 😍

For breakfast, we had fresh rolls again, but a huge hornet flew into the room. First, it flew around a bit, then crawled on the curtain, and then flew out on its own. Since we had put the same wasp in front of the window 3 times last night because it kept flying in again, I wanted to close the window right away. But I had forgotten that my 'Dead Sea Cream' bottle was in the corner and it got squished in the window. The lid flew down from the second floor along with cream drops, and there was a big cream stain on the windowsill. Oops 😂🤦🏼‍♀️🐝

Well, after cleaning everything up and packing the suitcases, we finally left. The 4-hour drive went by really quickly, and thanks to the mostly unlimited speed on the German autobahns, we were able to make up almost 15 minutes 😌

First, we went to my place where souvenirs were unpacked and distributed. We also cooled off a bit by putting our feet in the paddling pool. Why is it so warm here? We thought it would be colder ☹️🥲

For dinner, we went to Finni's. Here, too, the souvenirs were shown and distributed, and we had good food and amazing waffles for dessert. And finally, we got to cuddle with the doggies again 😍🙈

There's not much more to tell, except that we're super happy to be back home in our familiar environment, but the vacation was still a success. Let's see when we'll travel in the Mini or some other way again and report back here 🙈
