Day 11/12/13- Stockholm

Goodbye Stockholm! 

Today and the next two days we explore the capital of Sweden.

We stroll through the narrow streets of the old town Gamla Stan, visit the King of Sweden in his impressive palace and continue to the Djurgården peninsula with beautiful green areas and cafés.

It is unexpectedly hot in the city and we are quite exhausted from the heat and the many people, which is why on day 2 we take a boat trip to the breathtakingly beautiful archipelago gardens in front of Stockholm. Pictures can only capture the atmosphere to a limited extent, but for us it is clear: Whoever visits Stockholm should definitely not miss this experience.

For us it is now time to say goodbye after 3 days in this absolutely worth seeing city...we move on and after so much hustle and bustle in the Venice of the North, we need a portion of nature again....Goodbye Stockholm, until probably next time.
