Day 27 - Christmas gifts are still missing!

I don't want to annoy, but I still want to drum up support in this way: around 85 Christmas gifts are still missing. The children who will receive them will get the following: a sturdy backpack (I've seen them, they're really good), a pair of sturdy leather shoes, their school uniform, pens, notebooks, and other stuff. And even beans and rice. These are definitely things they urgently need for attending public schools. Javier, my little troublemaker (who's actually already 15), really surprised me today. First of all, he managed to come on time. Not bad. I had decided to take a step back. He had to write rows of individual letters. It's more like drawing than writing. When it came to reading syllables, it was exasperating. He can't remember anything for even 3 seconds. Tranquilo, Marion! Then I gave him letter tiles that he had to use to write certain words, he just had to put them in the right order. Without hesitation, he flawlessly arranged one word after another. Huh??

One photo shows the oven on which they cook. It's outside and fueled with wood. There's a gas stove in the kitchen. I don't know why they don't use it. Maybe it's broken.
