03/10/2016 Finally Back in WA

Finally, we are back in Western Australia! It's been almost a year since we stayed in this state. Unfortunately, this time there wasn't a cool big sign saying Welcome to Western Australia. There is also a picture from this morning. Mike toasted our bread over the campfire from yesterday. After the border, we drove another 400 km and have already covered a part of the straightest road in Australia. (See photo) Tonight we will stay at a rest area and of course, we will make a small campfire again, it's just always so cozy. The time has changed again, our time has moved 2.5 hours ahead. It is now 6 hours earlier for you than for us. If we manage to do it tomorrow, we might even reach Esperance, the place that everyone raves about. White sandy beach, beautiful sea, and kangaroos on the beach. We are curious.
