Keukenhof Holland

The Keukenhof is the most beautiful spring flower garden I have ever seen. More than 7 million flower bulbs are planted there every year. The best time to see the early bloomers, especially the tulips, is mid to late April. Since the weather in mid-April was not so nice, we waited until the weekend in Lisse when the sun was shining, as the colors of the tulips are much more beautiful then. We were also lucky that the tulip blossoms were in full bloom at the park at that time. However, the tulip fields in the area around Keukenhof were mostly already faded. The park is very beautiful and spacious, so the crowds of visitors can be distributed somewhat evenly in the park.
