arrived in Mendoza

After a very nice day in Buenos Aires with a city tour, flea market and admiring the various plazas, we continued to Mendoza on Monday. At the airport, we assembled the bikes and then cycled leisurely (really leisurely, as it was a holiday) to the city and to our hotel. The next day, we went on a small bike tour. Once we were out of the city, it was really nice. After a coffee break, we turned around. Today was supposed to be the real start, but unfortunately I had to spend the day in bed yesterday after a terrible night with fever and chills. But I'm feeling better today and tomorrow we want to set off and cycle to Santiago via Villavicencio and Uspallata, Passo Bermejo, Los Andes and Weise. I will report on that next time.
