Tag 324 - Accommodation change @ Bor Saen - Phang Nga

Hello everyone ☺️

Today was the accommodation change on the program and since we didn't have to leave until noon, we took our time in the morning.

We set the alarm for 8:30 a.m., but stayed in bed until 9 a.m.

Then it was usual to go to the terrace first, then to the shower and breakfast.

Then we immediately returned the scooter and asked at the reception if we could stay in the room a little longer. Yesssss, everything worked out! We were allowed to stay in the room until 1 p.m., which was absolutely perfect because we were picked up at 12:50 p.m. to get to the port.

Back in the room, I took a look at yesterday's photos (as expected, 99% of my pictures were deleted directly because after the great pictures from the photographer, they were really no longer worth seeing ☺️), Kevin took a short nap again, then we packed everything and even had a quarter of an hour left to sit around ☺️

At 12:45 p.m. we checked out and the TukTuk was already waiting ☺️

We drove down to the port, met one of the divers from yesterday and chatted with him until we could board the ferry. There our ways separated and we comfortably sat in the outside area of the ferry.

The crossing took a little over two hours and was very pleasant! On the ferry there were still guests who wanted to go to Railay or Krabi. For them there was a flying change in the middle of the sea (another boat came flush with ours, then it was: change please), which was very interesting to watch ☺️

Back on the mainland (around 4:00 p.m.) we went straight to the scooter rental, which Kevin had found yesterday.

However, they only had one scooter left, so did the next rental place, and the one after that simply claimed that it was not allowed to change districts with a rental scooter.

By now we had been walking for over an hour with our heavy backpacks and slowly but surely we were getting more and more tense.... Actually, we wanted to have a nice afternoon/evening in the pretty accommodation today, because we had planned to arrive at the hotel around 5:00 p.m....

At the next scooter rental place, we just lied and gave any hotel nearby and finally got two scooters!

We started right away because it was already 5:30 p.m. and it was starting to get dark.

Fortunately, the ride went smoothly, but we only reached our hotel now (7:30 p.m.). The "room" is really beautiful, even with its own pool and relatively cheap at CHF 50 per night.

We are super satisfied ☺️

So dear ones, today we're ending the blog a bit earlier than usual because tonight we want to have time just for ourselves - without me sitting at the blog until 10 p.m. with text & photos 😉

So we say goodbye for today and already look forward to telling you about our experiences tomorrow 😉
