From Augsburg to Untermeitingen

August 12, rain is expected, the rain radar of my weather app does not promise anything good. Nevertheless, I set off, let's see how good my not quite cheap rain jacket is 😀.

First, it goes through Augsburg in a southerly direction, typical suburbs with larger residential units and single-family settlements. Then a futuristic structure, the stadium of FC Augsburg in the green meadow. Then the city is over. It becomes rural, villages, fields, fertile land.

It keeps raining continuously, with different intensities. It doesn't bother me 😀. I'm wearing sandals, the hiking shoes would fill up with water.

In the last kilometers, the sky gives it all, wind comes along, it's a summery 13 degrees. Rain for a whole month in one day.

I reach my hotel. The room is still pleasantly warm from the last warm days. I can warm up😀. At some point, my jacket gave up in some places. On a day like this, a dry room is luxury. I dry my things.

The realization of the day: On this day, I could have had it easier and more pleasant for sure. But in life, not everything is always pleasant and if you face the unpleasant, it is often not that bad. You just have to decide to go!!!
