Sometimes, when nothing goes right, -------- go left! ( Manuela B.M. )
The early bird...... sees more of the day. And so I set off early in the morning, experiencing nature in the morning hours with growing enthusiasm.
What awaits me today?
The Spaniard's favorite child, at least here in the countryside, is the chainsaw. In every well-run household, you will find at least 2 of these devices ---- from Stihl and with style.
Perfect happiness fills the Spaniards when they can make a real bang early in the morning, sometimes even skipping their siesta. As long as the evening sun still gives light, they indulge in their passion. Quietly, they enter the forest, with their work tool in one hand and a canister of gasoline in the other. It would be a shame if their joy were to come to a sudden end due to a lack of fuel (..... others take 4 memory cards with them to keep their hobby going). Oh, how they radiate when the engine starts and the chain vibrates, you can almost feel their testosterone in the air. No, it's not bullfighting, it's the chainsaw that puts the Spaniard in a state of ecstasy.
And for the women, there's a leaf blower as compensation, .... powered by gasoline, of course.
The tour goes over forest and meadow paths with only slight ups and downs, .... how pleasant. I have my second breakfast at a church, without saying a word, the older gentleman who just arrived climbs the bell tower and creates a true fireworks display with the two church bells..... highest respect.
In the early afternoon, I reach my destination, Vilabla. During a walk, I discover a few nice spots.
Now I have to replenish my supplies and see where I will have dinner tonight.
The undisputed highlight of the day was the live concert of the hostel owner. And Moritz also grabbed the guitar and played beautiful pieces. It brings back memories of Peter the Elder and Henry in Wintzen, or the street concert by Volker.
