On Friday (Aguilar)

On Friday we went to Burgos with the Spaniards. There, we were able to walk around Burgos for half an hour. Then we visited the cathedral. It was very, very big and super beautiful. Everything was decorated with gold and there were pictures everywhere. Then the guide took us around Burgos where there were many flowers. Burgos is very beautiful. After the excursion (which lasted too long), we were allowed to walk around Burgos on our own. There were many shops and restaurants. Afterwards, we all met at a restaurant where we had something to eat. We had a meat soup and meat with French fries. I ate salad and French fries with eggs. After the meal, we were allowed to walk around Burgos again. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, we returned to Aguilar. In the evening, we went to a party with all the Spaniards from our class. We ate pizza and French fries. Most of us played football or walked around the little village. It was a very good last night.
