Aachen - Germany

We have reached the fifth country. Unofficially, we have successfully passed the challenge. Our A&O Hotel is located next to the train station. The luggage is brought to the room. Shortly afterwards, we walk to the city center to pick up our rental bikes. We start our bike tour to the Three-Country Corner in Aachen. The path mostly goes uphill. Mevlüde's injury is causing her problems. She rides back to the hotel with Mrs. Hertel. Mr. Hiemer continues with the group. The general traffic rules are discussed again. Afterwards, we take a break at the gas station and buy something to drink. We continue uphill. Some bikes have their issues, which becomes a challenge for every rider. The sun is shining, the grass is green, the sky is blue. After 6.5 km, we arrive at the Three-Country Corner. On top, we jump through the last three countries we left behind. Europe to touch. We have also found the highest point in the Netherlands. The way back to the city is known to be very quick. Two students got lost during the fast downhill ride.
