Repulse Bay & Stanley

It was Sunday and I went to Repulse Bay Beach with a friend. The beach is on the other side of the island and it takes about 50 minutes to get there. We had a great view from the bus, so we sat in the front row right away.

Hong Kong is a very diverse city. Besides skyscrapers and the chaos in the city, you can be in a quiet place in nature in a short time. The sand at this beach is very fine and we were able to swim without any problems.

In the afternoon, we took the bus to Stanley. Many tourists apparently go here and there is a well-known market. The little 'city' was easy to explore. We could walk along the promenade by the water.

On the way home, we saw a beautiful sunset from the bus.
