A reunion in Bolnisi and on to Davit Gareja

Now it's going a little differently.

When traveling, variety is also important - otherwise it would be boring.

With the motorhome and a very good friend couple and their three kids.

We met an hour outside the city of Tbilisi in Bolnisi and then it went under the plum tree to harvest and enjoy.

The sweets in the pantry are from Turkey and Greece.

 Chickpea cookies and Üzümlü Kurabiye and mastics from the Greek island of Chios and pickled figs (a bit too sweet for my taste)

First stop is Davit Gareja, sometimes lovingly referred to as David Guetta.

There is a semi-desert in the south of Georgia, a salt lake and the border to Azerbaijan, which is of course heavily guarded and a little walk into the other country is not so easy.
