Our Airbnb is awesome! We have an entire house to ourselves: 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, a yoga room and a huge sofa. You can live here :D After the strenuous tour, we treat ourselves to a real chiller day. There's even Monopoly with Peruvian landmarks instead of streets. For the first time in our lives we finish playing Monopoly. Asma drives Plaice and Lissi to ruin :D
The next day begins with a round of yoga. We drive into town and let ourselves be pampered with a special Inka massage including a hot stone. That feels good! Afterwards we go to an Irish pub with live music. We order cocktails and delicious food. Life is so beautiful!
Unfortunately we have to leave the nice Airbnb the next morning. An extension wasn't possible :( But that's okay: Airbnb No. 4 in Cusco is also great! We have a large roof terrace and even an aquarium :D Only the sofa could be bigger haha. In the afternoon we go to the Green Point Restaurant Drive here. There is very tasty vegan food in a nice, green atmosphere.
Our last day in Cusco begins. At half past 9 sharp we stand in front of our Airbnb and wait for the pickup for the horseback riding tour. When we arrive at the horse ranch we meet Nina, a golden retriever lady with incredibly cute puppies. We get on the horses and the ride begins. Asma's horse Sultan doesn't want to run at first, then he overtakes all the other horses :D Scholle's horse Sol is very hungry and keeps snacking on blades of grass on the way. We make a stop at the Rainbow Temple. The Incas used to carry out Ayahuaska rituals lasting several days here. We continue riding until we arrive at a cave that was used by the Incas as a place of retreat and hiding place from the Spanish. We climb through narrow corridors and have a little picnic with a beautiful view of Cusco.
