Valparaiso

Hello to Germany,

even though our last report is only a few days old, there is already another short message. The last four days we spent on the coast of Chile in Valparaiso. I did a three-day crash course in Spanish there (the most exhausting days of the whole trip), while Torsten explored the city during that time. The pictures show a colorful, partly rundown, old, chaotic and dirty port city where a large art scene (especially graffiti artists) and young gourmet chefs can be found. Together, they make up the charm of this city.

Currently, we are sitting at the airport waiting for our flight to Patagonia. Although it is autumn there and the daytime temperatures are in the single digits, we decided to take this trip. Fortunately, it was cold in NZ and we stocked up on warm woolen underwear 😉.
