Next section: South Africa

On 13.03.18, in the afternoon, we met with Laurin, Linnea, and Karl. We had a delicious meal and everyone had a lot to share. The three had previously traveled to New Zealand and Cambodia. In the evening, we went to Khao San Road and continued celebrating. The next day, 14.03.18, we met with Laurin and Linnea again and then Tim and I had to go to the airport. We wanted to take the train because it is much cheaper and faster. It was really great except that we didn't have a seat and felt cramped. But we arrived very quickly and then had way too much time at the airport! :D The flight to South Africa was there. With one eye laughing and one eye crying, we looked back. On the one hand, we are glad to leave Asia, but on the other hand, it was really amazing!!

The flight went by pretty quickly and after the layover in Nairobi, it was only 4 hours until Johannesburg. When we arrived, our shuttle bus was already waiting for us and we drove to the hotel with 6 others. It's incredibly beautiful here and we already feel very comfortable! We have already had some conversations with the others and I think we are a great group and the travel group will be fantastic!

I will try to write as often as possible, but the days of the next 3 weeks will start early and end late and there won't be internet everywhere at the campsites. :)
