Vietnam - Hoi An, Nha Trang

After the little disappointment in Phong Nha, it could only get better and Hoi An was sooo amazing! A super cute place with lots of lanterns and little houses. The beach was also beautiful and we stayed in one place for two nights for the first time ;)

I can't really tell much about it because we mainly strolled through the narrow streets and lay on the beach. But I have to mention the delicious local food, which unfortunately was ONLY available in Hoi An - Kau Lau. It looked a bit mysterious but we ate it at least once a day because it was so delicious.

After Hoi An, we continued to Nha Trang by night bus. Nha Trang seems to be a popular place for Russian tourists and there were actually Russians everywhere, even the menus and signs were partly in Russian. We went there to spend another day at the beach and when we arrived at 5am and couldn't check in yet, we thought we would just relax and watch the sunrise on the beach. Guess what? The beach was crowded with locals and tourists, who had the same idea and used the pleasant morning temperature to go for a swim. Nevertheless, it was a really beautiful sunrise and we took a little nap afterwards until we were finally able to check into our hotel room.

For the rest of the day, we just lay on the beach and took a short walk in the evening at the night market and along the beach promenade, because the next morning we had to continue our journey.
