Córdoba is very proud to be the second largest city in Argentina since 1980. Apparently, everything here is in competition. 😃 So a few years ago, an unnecessarily tall symbol was built here, just so that there is something comparable to the Obelisk in Buenos Aires and something in Rosario. 🤷🏻♂️Visually, this was not necessarily a highlight, but the city is very young and lively due to the many students (about 15-20%). We took a break here and enjoyed the great weather at around 30 degrees Celsius ☀️😎 by the pool, and then in the evenings (which means around 9-10pm here) we went out for delicious food. So it was quite relaxed, the only annoyance was our apartment. It was actually great, but we had no hot water or no water at all twice at the most inconvenient times, and then a power outage before checkout, so I had to carry our suitcases down from the 5th floor through a dark staircase. The guy at the reception got the brunt of my mood. 🙊🙈
