Get up early and take the bus to Tulum at 8 AM for 125 pesos (expensive here), it was a Luxury bus, air conditioning, screens and it was a nonstop drive to Tulum, something went wrong here :D
At 11 PM I arrived in Tulum. Walked through the places where there are so many tourist informations, restaurants and shops. Discovered a group of Maya's with a Snake 😍 Love snakes. So I asked if I can touch the snake, yeeees, the Mayan guy went to hang the snake on my neck, and took so many pictures. Friendly people and the snake was so pretty, nice to feel her muscle construction, so strong. After that I asked for the way to the entrance for the ruins. It was a 10 minutes walk, you can also take a bus to get there, tourist-style, but I walked. So hot today. Bought my ticket and then walked through the Ruins. Such a great location, directly on the coast and ocean. The Temples are in a good situation and the view through the Ruins and the ocean in the background was amazing. After 1-2 hours I had seen and read everything about this place, was very impressed and left this location. I discovered a sign, '2 km to the beach', niiiice, so I followed the sign and woooow, absolutely worth it. Such a great beach. The sand was white and so soft, so many palms everywhere. I decided to go to the left, because there were no other people and you could see the Ruins in the background. It was amazing, alone on a lovely wonderful beach with such a great view of the Ruins.
After that, I went with a 'Colectivo' (nice small buses, very cheap, stopped everywhere you said 'stop' :D) for 25 pesos to Playa del Carmen. Nice city, but designed for tourists. Went to the beach and then walked around the streets. Never said 'no Gracias' so often :D all the street vendors talk to you and offer you such great offers (seems like). A little bit annoying. Took a colectivo to go back to Puerto Morelos (25 pesos, just 1,05€ for half an hour drive). A great service, so if you are in Mexico and want to travel, always choose a Colectivo to go to the places you want to visit, so cheap, perfect
A 12-hour day has come to an end
