this morning still in banff at the bow river near the frozen waterfalls, by bus through the rockymountains to jasper... i enjoy driving or flying by bus or train, especially when the place of arrival is a surprise, often i don't even know how long we are driving, so everything often remains exciting and unplanned, today it was 4h... well, the bus driver revealed it beforehand 😃

i have a lot of time and so today - inspired by the wonder of nature - a short poem was created

what can you say with your words
a feeling expressed through your mouth
there is beauty in many places
but what you are makes life colorful

can you see all the depth of the colors
the gift of life so wonderful
do you spread love over your scars
that's how life starts, clear and simple

what is expressed by your being
affects the soul so delicately
even if it used to be just a past
it is god in his pure form

you are here, and entirely whole
accompanied by your angel's being
nothing has ever been taken from you
because the treasure in you is only yours

may you recognize the beauty within you
praised by gratitude from now on
it will reveal itself now and here
the deep peace forever and then
