16. Day - Vancouver to Kaiserslautern

After returning the rental car today, with which we drove a total of 1,500 km, on time, thanks to "Business Class", we quickly passed both check-in and security check and are now sitting in the "Maple Leaf Business Lounge" of Air Canada, waiting to board and enjoying ourselves. Enough time to review the past two weeks, knowing that Brigitte and I are simply the perfect travel team (which is mainly thanks to Brigitte 🤷‍♂️).

In addition to all the great impressions of the landscape and nature, we were especially positively surprised by the friendliness of the people here. Just now, various airport employees helped us without being asked, always with a smile and a small conversation. I'm afraid there will be a culture shock when we return to Germany. We could all learn a lot from the Canadian serenity, friendliness, and warmth. In other words, we should finally legalize cannabis 😂😎.

In any case, this journey has impressed us in many ways and made us richer (not financially, rather the opposite 😧).

Canada 🇨🇦 was a wonderful host with a nature that is second to none. With good food, pretty bad beer, great people, and fantastic landscapes.

For this reason, I would like to close my reports about our "Trip to Canada 🇨🇦" with the legendary words of the great Austrian philosopher Arnold Schwarzenegger: "WE'LL BE BACK!"
