We maneuvered through the maze-like corridors among the many locals.
From clothing to household items, we eventually made our way into a large hall. Inside, rows of vegetables, fruits, spices, and anything else you can imagine were nicely presented. Since we stood out once again, the vendors eagerly tried to sell us something, but they remained very friendly.
We stocked up on various pastries and pickled goods for a small amount of money before leaving the bazaar.
During our break, we organized our transportation for tomorrow's journey to Karakol.
The fourth largest city in Kyrgyzstan, with a population of 66,000, is located on the eastern edge of Lake Issyk-Kul.
However, planning is not the easiest task, as this area - surprise, surprise - is not a tourist hotspot. But we were lucky and, after a lot of research, found a contact who helped us with the organization.
We are excited to explore more of Kyrgyzstan and especially its impressive landscapes.
