Melbourne: St. Kilda Beach

30 degrees and sunshine - 2 days of beach time in Melbourne!

I hopped on the tram for a short ride and arrived at a small and crowded beach compared to the East Coast - but still lots of restaurants and cool Aussies to hang out with.

Swimming is allowed here, unlike many beaches in Australia that have restrictions due to sharks and crocodiles.

Even saw a penguin at the pier during sunset.

Perfect for some relaxation :-)!

On the second day, I walked along the beach and through the beautiful Botanic Gardens of Melbourne back into the city - great lookouts along the way!
