Guatemala - Antigua

We are currently staying at Jungle Party Hostal. At first, I thought 'Oh, this could be sleepless nights if they're partying all the time.' But no. We slept so well and it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff here is pretty laid-back and very nice. Maybe it's because they're usually drinking and smoking a joint in between :D

So far, we haven't had to pay anything yet, and I have no idea if we even have to pay at all. It remains exciting ;)

Yesterday, we did some sightseeing because you can't just chill all day. Haha, just kidding, but a little bit of exercise is good for the conscience.

You don't need a plan in Antigua, just walk around, because you'll find something beautiful on every corner.

As a reward for the 'meeeeega long' walk, we went to a sun terrace to eat burgers ♡ It was really nice to watch the sun slowly set behind the volcanoes. But at some point, I thought 'Hmm, that one is smoking pretty heavily' and then 'Oh, lava' :D It was so exciting, I felt like a little child. We sat there for a long time and watched the Fuego volcano happily simmering. Apparently, it happens every now and then :)
