From Slovenia to South Tyrol

When you're lying in bed at night and hear the steady rushing of water,... and then you realize, hey, that's not rain, it's just the creek 😂

It had stopped raining late in the evening, now the mist and fog hung over the valley. The roads had dried. We drive back to Carinthia over the Wurzenpass, it's still fresh and the visibility at the pass is not good. But then in the valley you notice that the cloud cover is slowly clearing.

When the sun finally made it, we enjoyed a dream day at a pleasant 20-25 degrees! Gentle curves lead us along the Drava river to Lienz, where we stroll through the city a bit.

Onwards to Tyrol and then to South Tyrol, where we arrive in Bruneck in our hotel early in the afternoon.

A refreshing dip in the pool and then we chill on the terrace to plan the next day.
