From Landsberg to Obertraun at Hallstättersee

On a hot weather and clear sky, we start our first tour. Across beautiful Oberbayern, feelings of home arise!!!

Until Miesbach, where we take a break in a small but fine ice cream shop, the weather holds up. Then it storms, really! Tegernsee, Schliersee and then towards Kufstein, where the first curves await us. Super beautiful route, if only it weren't for the rain! It's still just a light drizzle, which then develops into a persistent rain when we get to Saalbach.

Meanwhile, we have upgraded and put on rain gear. Actually, we wanted to test the first serpentines with the two ships on dry ground, but now it works as well 😊.

After about 350 km, we arrive at Hallstätter See and check in to our hotel by the lake. There are moments in life when a hot shower makes you happy!!! Then a delicious pizza and a glass of red wine and the rain is (almost) forgotten.

We stroll along the lake a bit more, the atmosphere is mystical, the rising steam from the tributaries and the lake creates wonderful images!
