Ans other end of the world

And that's exactly how it feels! Almost 30 hours of travel, 15,000 kilometers flown, 3 airplanes and 6 blockbusters later, I arrived in Cairns, Queensland at 29°C. And mind you, I started in Salzburg at 1°.

But it was so nice to come out of the gate in an unknown country, after everything with the luggage worked out and the money exchange went smoothly with a radiant smile.

Feeling quite tired, I went to the already booked hostel just 6 km from the airport, which turned out to be a great first choice. Of course, a beer to toast to the successful journey and the beginning of the trip couldn't be missing!

But now it's time to go to bed since I hardly slept during the flight, I hope the jet lag won't hit me too hard ✊
