Before I start properly, I check the paddlability of Leutasch, but currently there is too little water. Quickly zoomed down to Telfs and - since we are not in a big city, no navigation system - found the Inntal cycle path pretty quickly. It is just as well signposted as the German cycle paths, as the Austrians would say.
Down in the Inn Valley, it is quite warm, the crickets chirping in the fruit orchards and hardly anyone is on the bike path. At some point, you pass the point where the Ötztaler Ache flows into the Inn. Here we took a break when we rode through the Imst Gorge, today the Inn has even less water than back then, the stone on which I walked is now clearly visible above the water.
In Imst I leave the bike path and I am very glad that at least this campsite is open, most places are still closed.
