Day 28 - Sawdust

It's Sunday in Canada too. This is the last day before departure to Montreal. So today we have a long drive back west. But before we leave, we will follow the events of the 5th and 6th rounds at the Schwägalp Schwinget :)

And then comes the usual procedure of packing, checking out, and starting the journey. Today's stage takes us about 320km (about 4 hours by car) to Trois-Rivières near Montreal. We set off and encounter numerous Sunday drivers on the road. Especially great is the announcement in the navigation system: Now follow this road straight for 270km... Only on the last kilometer does the forest clear and the road becomes multi-lane.

Four hours later we arrive at the last hotel where we will stay one more night. The sun is shining again today. So after checking in, we can relax on the hotel terrace for a while.

For our last dinner, we go to the old town and are surprised by the many people and restaurants. A bit different from yesterday, day and night. We settle in at Jack's Saloon and enjoy the last hours. And then it's time to go back, because tomorrow we have to be ready for the journey home (Marco) or to Calgary (Andi).
