Las Palmas old town

Today we slept in. The hotel had a fantastic breakfast - with Nespresso and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Afterwards, we had to pack our suitcases again. We left them at the reception and took a taxi to the old town of Las Palmas. It's really beautiful! A chapel had set up on the square in front of Columbus House and the cathedral, mostly elderly people. The chapel was really interesting to watch. They must have warmed up for about 30 minutes, and then took a break after playing just one piece. After an Aperol Spritz, we took a taxi back to the hotel to pick up our luggage. We checked in on the Aida around 2 pm. We spent the afternoon exploring the ship. The safety drill is already behind us. In half an hour, there will be a pool party. 64U will be playing. I wonder if they are the band we know from the festivals in Wiesental.
