Back in Dublin, this is the last day today. We'll be heading to the airport in the evening. The Roganstown Hotel is located on the outskirts of Dublin and is a golf and country club. Very elegant and beautiful. Surrounded by greenery and the golf course.
My conclusion:
This was a truly wonderful vacation. The island is breathtaking, diverse, and the photos can hardly do it justice. The people here are very accommodating and nice. The trip by bus and in a group couldn't have been better, although that obviously depends on the people you're with. We had a great group and our guide, as well as the bus driver Morris, were excellent. It would be difficult to find all the information about the different stops and the island, as well as the beautiful spots, on your own. The Irish food didn't impress as much, but there's always something. And it's definitely not a relaxing vacation. There's no time to relax or stroll around. The schedule is tight, usually breakfast at 7:30 AM, a full day of activities, if you're lucky you're back by 6 PM and have mashed potatoes at 7 PM, then you're ready for bed. And everyone felt the same way, even the younger ones. We're all exhausted.
The travel agency Wolters did a great job and this definitely won't be my last tour. There's still so much to see in Ireland or anywhere else.
We'll see.🙋♀️🇨🇮
