Deluxe Beach Day

A few days ago, we met another solo traveling mom with her 5-year-old daughter here on Ko Lanta. The girls got along great right away, and so did the moms. Today, we went to the beach together and it was just relaxing! Playing in the water, collecting seashells, building sandcastles.

Nora felt so comfortable in the ocean, it was great to see! She floated on the waves with her water wings, completely carefree, and didn't want to leave the water. The hours passed and soon it was almost sunset, so we drove back to our accommodation, where we had a nice farewell dinner. Tomorrow we're already heading to the next accommodation. We're staying on the island, but we'll be right by the beach again.
