Nach Nasca

After yesterday's evening ended late again, this morning I grabbed a spot by the pool and then lay down in the hammock to read. After breakfast and a short walk, the world looks better again. Good thing, because I'm getting on a bus that's taking me to Nasca. About 30 minutes before arriving in the city center, we stop at the viewing point, where you can see three of the many Nasca geoglyphs up close: the tree, the hands and the lizard. We only stop briefly, though, so I'm glad I still have the flight ahead of me tomorrow!

Once I arrive at the hotel in Nasca, there is nothing special planned: I get some more medication, do the obligatory round of the supermarket and pick up some empanadas and fruit from the side of the road for dinner. I still have a few things left over from our spa evening in Trujillo, so the rest of the evening is just about relaxing and looking forward to tomorrow!
