Denver short but cool stop

We check in at Marshall House and charter a taxi for 1:00 PM.

We leave our luggage at the hotel. The heat is even more unbearable today. We walk down to the waterfront and browse the shops. Then we head back to the hotel.

Our taxi, a big black pickup truck, is on time and takes us to the airport.

Just as we sit down in the plane, it starts pouring rain. We can't take off.

After about 1 hour, we finally take off towards Denver. Unfortunately, due to our delay, there are no free gates and we have to wait again.

Finally, we arrive at Hostel Fish around 9:00 PM. A cool, hip accommodation with fitting visitors.

They even have a bar, dormitories, and shared bathrooms. But we have a private room, so everything is 'safe'.

We leave our red-lit room because we need to find out where our train departs the next morning.

It's only a 10-minute walk. Now we can finally look for some food. Ted's Cheesesteaks is supposed to be good and just around the corner.

So we go in and customize our cheesesteak. And also have a good beer. 😋

Wonderfully casual!

Back at the hostel, we quickly fall asleep despite the noise.

The alarm goes off at 6:00 AM. 😱😱
