In the evening I consider what I want to do. I decide to travel north to Sendai. Why? The weather is supposed to be better; it's quite warm and not so gloomy. I arrive around 3 PM; the first Shinkansen ticket was again a small hurdle. A painted figure greets me, serving as the mascot of a Sendai line.
And I thought I would try something local and set out to explore the city in the evening, where Christmas decorations are hung everywhere. Upon arriving at my local choice, 'The Golden Seagull'
I strengthen myself and walk a bit through the alley at night.
The next day, I have a traditional Japanese breakfast of rice, miso soup, scrambled eggs, and fish, very delicious and nutritious.
After that, I head back to Tokyo Saitama; it's back on the Shinkansen.
In the afternoon, I wander around, it seems to be a smaller town.
Many large residential complexes and the older generation jogging.
