Our last day in Bangkok at an incredible 38 degrees. We first decide to take a ride-share scooter 🛵 to Terminal 21. The food court is unique, even for Bangkok. There is literally everything you can imagine for 30 to 60 baht, small portions. But you should also try a lot. Then we go to the flower market. Thousands and thousands of orchids and other flowers are processed here. Then we dare to take the bus ride. The buses here are at least 50 years old and cost a maximum of 10 baht. We drive to the Golden Mount, the temple. The view is beautiful. Monks still live here and there is a school attached. Very beautiful and quiet temple complex with few tourists. In the evening we stroll through the Patpong Night Market. In addition to food and fake clothes, there are also many young women who sit in groups on the street and are particularly interested in men traveling alone. It is Bangkok's oldest red light district. Overall, not really our thing.
Tomorrow morning we continue to Chiang Mai.
