Tag 11: Štúrovo - Dömsöd

This morning I had booked breakfast in the hotel next to the campsite. It was very plentiful and I was able to take some fruit with me for the journey. The first 10km were very relaxed but then we continued on a road. Luckily there wasn't too much traffic but you definitely have to be a lot more careful than on the cycle path. After arriving in Budapest I continued straight on. From now on the path became very bad in places (either rutted paths or on the road with large potholes). But I had chosen a nice campsite right on the Danube that I wanted to go to. I arrived shortly before 6pm with Elisa. She is French and has quit her job and is on her way to Croatia to work on a farm.

After dinner (pasta + pesto) it's time to go straight to bed! A tiring day comes to an end. I've arrived in Hungary!
