Let's go to the beach🍹🌅

Oh ohohoh oh! Today we went to Playa Blanca. A beautiful beach that is reached by an hour-long bus ride. Of course, we were the last ones on the bus because we extended our beauty sleep a bit. So there were only two seats left... I got to sit between two Colombian women and their baby, and Laura had the honor of sitting in the front next to the bus driver, listening to party songs like Vamos a la Playa :D. After a quite bumpy ride in a minibus that the TÜV probably didn't approve of, maybe one or two moments where Laura's heart skipped a beat (the driver is really good), and two emergency brakes, we actually made it to the beach!

The water was refreshingly nice, and luckily we had beach chairs and shade :) However, we couldn't swim together because one of us always had to watch our belongings. Laura got convinced to buy a bracelet for too much money, and the rest of the time we used to relax :)

After we got back to Cartagena (the ride back wasn't so spectacular), we changed hostels. Here we met Larry, our hostel dad, and he's pretty cool! So if anyone ever goes to Cartagena, definitely go to Antigua kapsula!

We went to have dinner at a restaurant that would probably be immediately shut down by the Health Department.. We got super delicious food :) And now we're sitting in the hostel with a little beer :)

Tomorrow we're going to Santa Marta and soon we'll also go to Ciudad Perdida, the lost city in the jungle :)
