Hostel in Auckland
In the morning, we check out of the hostel and continue working on our to-do list. Once we arrived in the city, we parked at a private parking lot owned by the Auckland City Council. However, we didn't feel right about it, so we quickly went back to move the van. But this wasn't as easy as we thought because we were parked facing a very steep hill. Luckily, there was a post right in front of our car. After several attempts where we rolled forward little by little, our nerves were completely shot. On our final try, we somehow managed to move to a quieter area with better parking options. We won't make that mistake again.
We were able to accomplish some other tasks, but nothing seemed to go right that day.
By the end of the day, we realized that we had hit a low point. At that moment, we didn't know if we should spend another night at the hostel or what we should do next.
For some inexplicable reason, we found the courage to look for a campground nearby and spent the late night setting up the car, eating, and then completely exhausted, we went to bed. However, we were happy to finally sleep in Zuhlo.
