Tag 12

When we woke up this morning, we were looking forward to the booked boat tour with whale watching 🐳 and were very disappointed when we found out at the info point that it had to be postponed by 5 hours due to rain and rough seas. We didn't want to wait that long in the small town of Kaikoura, so we headed towards Blenheim, where we had booked our next accommodation.

On the way there, we stopped at Cloudy Bay, a vineyard with a beautiful garden. Jan tasted five different wines and I tried them too. We lay in the sun and soaked up a lot of vitamin D 🌞 

When we arrived at the accommodation, we were greeted by Gracie, the house's pug 🐶 the elderly couple recommended something for dinner and were very hospitable.
