As saying goodbye is also part of a journey, that's my first blog entry about it.
Those who know me well know how difficult it is for me because I'm simply too emotional, but it's necessary. Maybe it's also because I'm surrounded by so many lovely and amazing people :) The first hurdle was saying goodbye at work, I worked there for three and a half years in different departments and always found new interesting colleagues and conversation partners and was able to develop myself. At this point, I would like to thank everyone again for the great gifts, kind wishes, and warmth! The Heidelberg shirt is already packed and every time I wear it, I will think of Heidelberg and you!
When you go on a long journey, you have to celebrate properly with your loved ones. Thank you to everyone who was there! I was very happy about the sweet gifts and kind words! It was a great evening and I am grateful to be able to call you friends :) It is nice to have each and every one of you!
Farewell to the dance family! I am glad to have danced in the performance and I am very proud of us! I will miss the Wednesday trainings and thank you Wero for your patience - for the fun and joy you convey in dancing. Hopefully, I will take on Australia's dance studios someday!)
A farewell that may have been harder for me than you think. It was probably not the best time for our paths to cross, but I enjoyed every moment! The situation was difficult and so we clashed from time to time, but thank you for showing me how to enjoy the moment, turn off my mind, and just let go of thinking! I will come back, I promised!
The worst part was probably saying goodbye to my family and my third sister ♥ So many tears! But at the same time, it just showed me what a great family I have and I thank you for the love and security you give me. You are with me in my heart! And I am incredibly happy and grateful to return to this family after my adventure!
I'm going over the clouds and I'm looking forward to Sydney and everything that comes after :)
