We can't believe it, but we actually got up at 5:30 this morning to ride our bikes to yoga in the rain (!). But it was a very pleasant and powerful yoga class (90 minutes) with an Indian - it was definitely worth it.
Our bike tour begins at around 11 a.m., taking us through rice fields, local markets, to rush weavers and wood carvers. For a change we're doing a little shopping again.
In between we also take the boat for a bit. We drive past countless rice fields, but also peanut fields and chili plantations.
We cycled for around 4 hours, but it was totally relaxing with lots of photo stops and great scenery.
Finally, we cycle to Tra Quec, a huge organic vegetable garden with a variety of herbs.
We also go to a restaurant there. First we get a very pleasant foot and neck massage. Afterwards we are served a meal. Again it is beautifully presented and we eat there for sure the best baby rolls in Vietnam.
We have already grown very fond of our travel guide Hoa, but we have to say goodbye to her again.
