Rainy days are for cuddling 🥰

Today we had a real lazy day. As predicted, it was raining heavily and so we decided to lie down again after breakfast.

The three of us snuggled up and actually stayed there until the afternoon. In between we had a romp with Kian and then continued to relax.

In the afternoon it stopped raining and we made our way to the city's shopping area. Here we strolled through the shops and browsed around a bit.

In the evening we tried something new to eat. The dish is called Omuraisu. This is rice wrapped in an omelette with sauce and a side dish of either meat or, in the vegetarian version, mushrooms or other vegetables. We chose beef. And the meat was so tender and delicious — simply amazing. I really liked the dish, Siar thought it was okay - but said he wouldn't order it again.

Afterwards we went back to the hotel. That was the end of this uneventful day. But as Dad said earlier: we're on vacation, so a little relaxation is allowed every now and then. Thanks for the reminder at this point ❤️

More from us tomorrow. By the way, we have already bought our Shinkansen tickets for our onward journey today. It's going to Hiroshima. We are pretty excited already.

In the last picture I have something special for you 😂 I discovered today at 7/11. I love bread and pasta more than anything, hahahaha — but the combination of the two is a little too special even for me. Should I bring one to someone? 🤣🤣🤣
