Rainy day in Leipzig

In the morning, when I wake up, it's raining, which doesn't bother me at all in my cozy bus. So I crawl back under the blanket - perfect for Sunday. :) When it stops briefly, I go for my morning swim. I decide to stay in Leipzig for another day because I really like the city, but I move my bus to a different parking lot where I can park for free. I ride my bike to pick up a Bluetooth speaker from eBay Kleinanzeigen as a replacement for my broken Bluetooth radio. :) On the way, I randomly pass by an impressive building that reminds me of the pyramids in Mexico at first glance - the Völkerschlachtdenkmal.

Finding a coworking café turns out to be more difficult, but I finally find a Japanese restaurant where I can charge my laptop again.

Later in the evening, I have a great view of the city from the Panorama Tower, although I arrive just as a thunderstorm is starting. Later on, I meet Manuel, an Argentinian through Couchsurfing, for dinner.

When I come back to the parking lot and it somehow feels unsafe at night, I decide to drive back to the lake to my familiar spot at the harbor to go swimming there one more time. :)
