Because I don't want to explain the process of repetitive processes in detail every day, there will be some extras occasionally, in which I will focus on special units 🖖🏾.
The first tennis training always lasts for 2 1/2 hours. Since we go there right after the physical conditioning, we don't warm up or stretch anymore.
It starts with being assigned to one of the 5 coaches and therefore to a court. You will train with this coach and on this court throughout the entire training.

Then, forehand and backhand are warmed up with simple shots. First, 3 balls each from the service box cross-court. Then, you move further back to the baseline and do the same thing from there longline.
After a break for drinks, we continue with individual exercises, which of course vary depending on the topic of the day.

Next, after the exercises, it's time for serve training or the skill challenge. I have already explained the skill challenge in more detail, the serves are done normally from one side, and the coach will observe them, of course.
In addition, each training session has at least 2 coaches who do not need to provide the group with balls, so one of them will check on the group at least once during each exercise. This naturally has the advantage that these coaches, since they don't play balls themselves, can take a closer look.

Our 'head coach', Hisan, insisted after every training session that we line up one behind the other and run around the nets of 3 courts. If the line didn't look good, we had to run again...
Afterwards, there is a short stretching in a circle, led by one of us.
Next, we can go for lunch 🍽.
