Tag 85 - Playa Hermosa

Beautiful beach - that's its name and that's what it is. Lined with palm trees, under which a few bars are hidden. Only one plays (calm) music. Under the palm trees and trees, there are stone picnic tables. Whoever is looking for shade - everyone finds their own palm tree. Just stupid that I forgot my book in the hotel. Boredom is supposed to be good for creativity. I read that in the doctor's waiting room and then it must be true. Reading educates.

A comparable beach in Nicaragua: Bars on the beach, each one drowning out the others with their music. Lots of vendors, so you're constantly approached. Balloons, mobile phone accessories, food and drink, handicrafts? Now that I'm writing it, I realize: today I only had to say "No, thanks" a few times.

So my trip to Costa Rica is almost over. I could get used to the relative calmness and drinkable water from the tap. Tomorrow after breakfast I'll drive back.
