African massage and loser buffalo

Before we went on safari in the last national park of our vacation, we had another long drive ahead of us. Luckily, we left the slopes after about an hour.

When we arrived at Lake Mburo National Park, we started the game drive straight away. This time the main focus was on looking for zebras, impalas and topis. There are no lions or elephants here. Of course, the latter do not occur here and after the last lions were killed, they decided not to reintroduce any due to the small size of the national park.

The highlight of today's game drive was certainly that we did part of it on foot with a ranger and were able to observe a giraffe just a few meters away.

For our last night in Africa we had another luxurious "tent" in which you almost felt like you had been transported back to colonial times.

The next day we started our return journey, only interrupted by a short photo stop at the equator.

Then it was time to say goodbye to Iwan and Uganda. The experiences and countless impressions of our vacation will certainly last for a long time.
