December 22nd, 2023 A relaxing day at sea.

Leisurely but not boring: In the morning our captain Stig reported on his experiences in the Arctic and Antarctica.

Afterwards the film “Elf” was played. After a quarter of an hour I fled.

Later in the evening, the film "Papillon" was presented to prepare us for our visit to Devil's Island. Hard stuff!

Finally, a comedienne from Kentucky named Etta May cheered us up again.
