El Gouna

We have now arrived in El Gouna for the last few days.

Unfortunately, there are no rooms in the hotel with sun and a nice view, so we decided to choose a room with sun and this view.

The rooms are okay so far.

There are only 35 guests in the hotel and the options are limited. There is no buffet, only a la carte.

Therefore, the selection is rather limited if you do not eat salad or fruit. For lunch, you can choose between pizza and pasta.

At least it was warmer yesterday, so you could walk around in shorts and a T-shirt.

We are almost alone on the beach.

Today, the cold wind is back and we cannot go to the golf course or the beach.

We are visiting other hotel resorts and going to the lookout tower, where you have a beautiful view over El Gouna.

We are making our way back to the hotel. We were told that all tuk-tuks in El Gouna cost 2 € per ride. This driver now wants 3€. So we pay in Egyptian pounds, which only costs 1.60€. Understand that if you can.

It is so stormy today that the palm trees are bending.

We spend the rest of the day in the room and the bar because it is really cold.

There is a belly dance performance during dinner.

Let's hope that the weather is better tomorrow.
