Eating strawberries less than 500km away from the equator? That's possible at 1,500m altitude in the Cameron Highlands!!

It's certainly hard to believe, but I was excited to finally take out the sweater from the bottom of my backpack. During the day, the thermometer hardly exceeds the 24°C mark, and at night it goes down to 15°C.

The pleasant weather was perfect for hiking in the mountains and tea plantations. Aptly, I stayed in a hostel with a mountain hut character ;)

After 5 days of cooling down, my journey continued to the capital city. I could keep my sweater on, thanks to the typical air conditioning in the high-speed train ;)
